These Terms form a binding agreement between you and UAB Efesy when you use vinverdict.com, purchase reports or credits, access our APIs, or otherwise interact with our services. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Definitions
“Services” – vinverdict.com, widgets, plugins, APIs, dashboards, and related tools.
“Report” – any digital output (e.g., VIN decoding, history summary, market price, AI insights).
“You/Customer/User” – the individual or entity using the Services.
“Consumer” – a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade/business.
“Business Customer” – any non‑consumer user (company, sole trader, professional).
“Content” – text, data, images, VINs, and materials submitted or displayed via the Services.
“Order” – a purchase of a Report, credit, subscription, or API plan.

3) Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 to use paid features. Keep your credentials confidential and ensure your information is accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or abuse.
4) Description of Services (informational tools only)
The Services provide vehicle information and tools (including AI‑generated summaries). Information may come from third‑party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not rely on our Reports as the sole basis for purchase or safety decisions; always verify with physical inspections, official records, and professional advice.
Beta / AI features. Some features are experimental and may produce errors or omissions. Use discretion.
5) Orders, pricing, and delivery
Prices and features may change. Taxes and fees are shown at checkout. Orders for digital Reports are typically delivered immediately after payment or credit redemption. If an Order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and provide a remedy (re‑delivery, alternative, or refund as required by law).
Credits/subscriptions. If offered, credits may expire as stated at purchase. Subscriptions auto‑renew at the then‑current price unless cancelled before renewal in your account or by contacting support; we will state renewal terms clearly at sign‑up.
6) Right of withdrawal (EEA/UK) & refunds
6.1 Consumers (EEA/UK)
For digital content supplied on a non‑tangible medium (e.g., a Report delivered online), the 14‑day withdrawal rightdoes not apply after full performance if you gave prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed. We will request this acknowledgement at checkout for instant delivery.
Where the withdrawal right applies (e.g., for unused subscriptions or services not yet fully performed), you may cancel within the statutory period as described in our confirmation email.
6.2 Faulty or non‑conforming digital content (EEA/UK)
If a Report or digital feature is not in conformity with the contract, we will make it conform, re‑deliver, or provide an appropriate price reduction/refund, in line with applicable digital‑content rules. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
6.3 Business Customers
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all sales are final for Business Customers. Any goodwill credits are at our discretion.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk‑download content; (b) interfere with security or access controls; (c) reverse‑engineer or attempt to derive source code; (d) submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading Content; (e) impersonate others; (f) use the Services for competitive intelligence or to build a substitute product; (g) exceed rate limits or circumvent usage caps; (h) use VINs, images, or personal data you have no right to share.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
8) User Content & license
You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, analyze, display, and create non‑identifying aggregates from your Content solely to operate, protect, and improve the Services. For public areas (e.g., reviews), you grant a license to display and distribute that content. You represent that you have the rights to submit the Content and that it does not infringe third‑party rights.
9) Data protection & cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we process personal data and use cookies/SDKs. Where required, non‑essential analytics/advertising technologies will run only after consent. You can change choices any time in the Preferences Center.
10) Intellectual property
All Service materials (software, designs, trademarks, texts, datasets, and compilations) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Except as permitted by these Terms or by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.
11) Third‑party services and links
The Services may integrate or link to third‑party sites/tools (e.g., listings, maps, payments, analytics). We are not responsible for third‑party content or terms. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and policies.
12) B2B/API terms (if applicable)
API keys are personal to your account. Do not share keys or sublicense access. Respect rate limits and fair use.
- No resale/redistribution of raw data unless expressly licensed.
- Caching only as allowed by the relevant endpoint or provider terms; purge on request if a provider revokes rights.
- We may modify or deprecate endpoints; we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
13) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and Reports are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on our outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
14) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law and except for liabilities that cannot be limited by law: (a) we will not be liable forindirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amounts paid by you to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. For Consumers, mandatory statutory remedies and protections apply.
15) Indemnity (Business Customers)
Business Customers will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from their unlawful use of the Services or breach of these Terms, including third‑party IP claims related to Content they submit.
16) Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change the Services or these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business updates. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the new date or via email/Service message. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, or legal risk.
17) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence. Business Customers agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR). In Lithuania you may contact the Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba (VVTAT) for consumer disputes out of court. If you reside in another EEA country, you may also seek assistance from your national consumer body. Note: the former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; we therefore provide direct ADR contact information instead of an ODR link.

19) Country/region‑specific terms
United Kingdom. For UK consumers, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply. Where digital content is faulty, you may be entitled to repair or replacement; cancellation rights for digital content may not apply once performance begins with your consent and acknowledgement of losing cancellation rights.
United States. Nothing herein purports to exclude rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable state law. To the extent permitted, the implied warranties are disclaimed and limitations apply; some states do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

1) Sąvokos
„Paslaugos“ – vinverdict.com, valdikliai, įskiepiai, API, paskyros ir kiti įrankiai.
„Ataskaita“ – bet koks skaitmeninis rezultatas (VIN dekodavimas, istorijos santrauka, rinkos kaina, AI įžvalgos).
„Naudotojas“ / „Klientas“ – fizinis ar juridinis asmuo, besinaudojantis Paslaugomis.
„Vartotojas“ – fizinis asmuo, veikiantis ne verslo tikslais.
„Verslo klientas“ – juridinis/fizinis asmuo, veikiantis verslo tikslais.
„Turinys“ – tekstai, duomenys, vaizdai, VIN ir kita medžiaga, pateikiama per Paslaugas.
„Užsakymas“ – ataskaitos, kredito, abonemento ar API plano pirkimas.

3) Tinkamumas ir paskyros
Mokamoms funkcijoms – nuo 18 m. Saugokite prisijungimo duomenis, teikite tikslią informaciją. Esate atsakingi už veiksmus paskyroje. Už pažeidimus ar piktnaudžiavimą paskyra gali būti sustabdyta ar uždaryta.
4) Paslaugų aprašymas (informacinės priemonės)
Teikiame transporto priemonių informacijos įrankius (įskaitant AI santraukas). Duomenys gali būti gauti iš trečiųjų šalių ir būti neišsamūs ar netikslūs. Nepriimkite sprendimų vien remdamiesi mūsų Ataskaitomis – visada atlikite fizinę apžiūrą, tikrinkite oficialius registrus ir kreipkitės į specialistus.
Beta / AI funkcijos. Kai kurios funkcijos yra eksperimentinės ir gali turėti klaidų.
5) Užsakymai, kainodara ir pateikimas
Kainos ir funkcijos gali kisti. Mokesčiai nurodomi apmokėjimo metu. Skaitmeninės ataskaitos paprastai pateikiamos iškart po apmokėjimo. Jei įvykdyti nepavyksta – informuosime ir pasiūlysime sprendimą (pakartotinį pateikimą, alternatyvą ar grąžinimą pagal įstatymus).
Kreditai/abonementai. Jei siūlomi, kreditai gali galioti ribotą laiką (nurodoma pirkimo metu). Abonementai automatiškai pratęsiami, jei neatšaukiate iki pratęsimo datos; apie sąlygas informuosime registracijos metu.
6) Atsisakymo teisė (ES/JK) ir grąžinimai
6.1 Vartotojams (ES/JK)
Skaitmeniniam turiniui, teikiamam neapčiuopiama forma (pvz., internete pateikiamai Ataskaitai), 14 d. atsisakymo teisė netaikoma po pilno įvykdymo, jeigu iš anksto davėte aiškų sutikimą pradėti teikti paslaugą nedelsiant ir patvirtinote, kad suprantate netenkantys atsisakymo teisės, kai sutartis visiškai įvykdoma. Tokį patvirtinimą pateiksite atsiskaitymo metu.
Kai atsisakymo teisė taikoma (pvz., dar nepradėtam paslaugos atlikimui ar nepasibaigusiam abonementui), galite atšaukti per įstatyme numatytą terminą, kaip nurodyta mūsų patvirtinime.
6.2 Netinkamas skaitmeninis turinys (ES/JK)
Jei Ataskaita ar funkcija neatitinka sutarties, pašalinsime neatitiktį, pakartotinai pateiksime arba taikysime kainos sumažinimą / grąžinimą, vadovaudamiesi taikytinomis skaitmeninio turinio taisyklėmis. Tai neriboja imperatyvių vartotojų teisių.
6.3 Verslo klientams
Jeigu raštu nesutarta kitaip, pinigai negrąžinami. Geros valios kreditai – mūsų nuožiūra.
7) Leistinas naudojimas
Draudžiama: (a) skreipti/automatizuotai rinkti turinį; (b) apeiti saugumo priemones; (c) atlikti atvirkštinę inžineriją; (d) teikti neteisėtą ar pažeidžiantį teises Turinį; (e) apsimesti kitu; (f) naudoti Paslaugas konkurencinei žvalgybai ar pakaitiniam produktui kurti; (g) viršyti limitus ar juos apeiti; (h) teikti VIN, vaizdus ar asmens duomenis be teisės juos teikti.
8) Naudotojo turinys ir licencija
Turinio nuosavybė lieka Jums. Suteikiate mums pasaulinę, neišimtinę, neatlygintiną licenciją talpinti, apdoroti, rodyti ir kurti neidentifikuojamas ataskaitines suvestines – tik Paslaugoms teikti, apsaugoti ir tobulinti.
9) Duomenų apsauga ir slapukai
Asmens duomenų tvarkymą ir slapukus aprašo Privatumo politika ir Slapukų politika. Ne esminės technologijos ES/JK įjungiamos tik gavus sutikimą; pasirinkimus galite keisti Nuostatų centre.
10) Intelektinė nuosavybė
Visa Paslaugų medžiaga (programinė įranga, dizainai, prekės ženklai, tekstai, duomenų rinkiniai) priklauso mums ar licencijų davėjams. Negalite kopijuoti, modifikuoti, platinti, parduoti ar nuomoti jokios Paslaugų dalies, išskyrus tiek, kiek tai leidžia Sąlygos ar teisė.
11) Trečiųjų šalių paslaugos ir nuorodos
Paslaugose gali būti integracijų ar nuorodų į trečiųjų šalių sistemas. Už trečiųjų šalių turinį ir sąlygas neatsakome. Jų naudojimą reglamentuoja tų šalių taisyklės.
12) B2B/API (jei taikoma)
API raktai yra asmeniniai; jų neplatinkite. Laikykitės greičio limitų.
- Draudžiama perparduoti žalius duomenis be licencijos.
- Kešavimas tik tiek, kiek leidžia galiojančios taisyklės; teikėjo prašymu – išvalyti.
- Galime keisti ar nutraukti galinius taškus; kiek įmanoma apie tai informuosime.
13) Atsakomybės apribojimas (atsisakymai)
Kiek leidžia teisė, Paslaugos ir Ataskaitos teikiamos „kaip yra“ ir „kaip prieinama“. Negarantuojame tikslumo, išsamumo ar prieinamumo; neatsakome už sprendimus, priimtus remiantis mūsų duomenimis. Nieko šiose Sąlygose nelaikykite atsakomybės pašalinimu ar ribojimu ten, kur tai būtų neteisėta, įskaitant sukčiavimą ar, kai taikoma, mirtį ar sveikatos sutrikdymą dėl aplaidumo.
Vartotojų teisės išlieka nepakeistos.
14) Atsakomybės riba
Kiek leidžia teisė ir išskyrus atvejus, kai atsakomybė negali būti ribojama: (a) neatsakome už netiesioginius, specialiuosius, pasekminius, baudinius nuostolius ar pelno/duomenų praradimą; (b) bendra mūsų atsakomybės riba – 100 EUR arba suma, sumokėta per 12 mėn. iki įvykio (atsižvelgiama į didesnę). Vartotojams taikomos imperatyvios teisių gynimo priemonės.
15) Žalos atlyginimas (verslo klientai)
Verslo klientai įsipareigoja atlyginti nuostolius ir išlaidas (įskaitant pagrįstas teisines), kylančias iš neteisėto naudojimo ar šių Sąlygų pažeidimo, įskaitant trečiųjų šalių IP teisių pažeidimo reikalavimus dėl jų pateikto Turinio.
16) Pakeitimai, sustabdymas, nutraukimas
Galime atnaujinti Paslaugas ar Sąlygas dėl teisinių, techninių ar verslo priežasčių. Esminių pakeitimų atveju informuosime paskelbdami naują datą ir/ar pranešimu. Nesutinkant – nutraukite naudojimąsi. Už rimtus ar pasikartojančius pažeidimus, sukčiavimą ar teisinę riziką prieigą galime sustabdyti ar nutraukti.
17) Taikytina teisė ir ginčai
Taikoma Lietuvos teisė. Vartotojai gali kreiptis į savo įprastos gyvenamosios vietos teismą. Verslo klientai – išimtinėVilniaus teismų jurisdikcija.
Alternatyvus ginčų sprendimas (AGS). Lietuvoje galite kreiptis į Valstybinę vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnybą (VVTAT). Jei gyvenate kitoje EEE šalyje, kreipkitės į savo nacionalinę vartotojų instituciją. Pastaba: ES EGS platformanutraukė veiklą 2025‑07‑20, todėl vietoje nuorodos į EGS teikiame tiesioginę AGS informaciją.

19) Regiono nuostatos
Jungtinė Karalystė. JK vartotojams taikomas Consumer Rights Act 2015 ir Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Jei skaitmeninis turinys netinkamas, gali būti taikomas taisymas ar pakeitimas; atsisakymo teisė skaitmeniniam turiniui gali būti netaikoma, kai paslauga pradėta vykdyti su sutikimu ir patvirtinimu dėl atsisakymo teisės praradimo.
Jungtinės Valstijos. Kiek leidžia teisė, netaikomos numanomos garantijos ir taikomi apribojimai; kai kuriose valstijose išimtys negalimos, todėl jos gali Jums netaikytis.
